Deutsch Eine umfassendere Behandlung, bei der Haltungsanalyse und Muskeltests eingesetzt werden, um zu verstehen, was ein Problem verursacht. Um zu verstehen, warum ein Problem immer wieder auftritt, ist ein Blick auf Ihre Körperhaltung und das Verständnis, welche Muskeln ihre Aufgabe nicht erfüllen, der Schlüssel zur Lösung des Problems. Die Sitzung kann auch für eine komplette Beinmassage oder für Rücken und Schultern genutzt werden. Bei meinen Behandlungen konzentriere ich mich eher auf einen Bereich als auf eine Ganzkörpermassage. So kann ich gezielt auf Bereiche eingehen, die miteinander verbunden sind und im Allgemeinen bessere langfristige Ergebnisse erzielen. The session can also be used for a complete leg massage or back and shoulders. My treatments focus on one area rather than a full body massage, this allows me to target areas which are bound together and generally show better long-term outcomes. One area could also be working along a myofascial line to free up holding patterns in the body causing pain or dysfunction. For instance, a myofascial line could run from the neck all the way to under the foot and could be holding you ‘off-balance’.
